i've been meaning to share all of the following:
a) i re-recommend "why we get fat" by gary taubes. i finally finished it after reading it 5 pages at a time (not the way to read it) and can't recommend it enough. that doesn't mean it is perfect - sometimes he dances around his point - but there is great wisdom in that book. get it - http://www.amazon.com/Why-We-Get-Fat-Borzoi/dp/0307272702/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1298523818&sr=8-1

that's me at the USA weightlifting level 1 certification a few weeks ago. i'm now certified there, too. who wants to get trained??
